What is Peacock Golf Society?

Peacock Golf Society was established with two core principles: to craft a sophisticated brand and to unite a community of kindred spirits.

We offer two distinct styling options: the front 9 exudes elegance, while the back 9 radiates flamboyance, each tailored to suit the unique styles within our community.

As a community, our goal is to foster a network of kindred souls who cherish the camaraderie and unity that defines our essence.

Who are the people behind PGS?

Peacock was established by two individuals, Jamie and Bernard, with shared passions: golfing, amusement, and a penchant for innovative thinking. 

What began as a casual discussion on the greens evolved into an 18-month expedition of exploration, meticulously attending to every detail, ultimately giving birth to the Peacock Golf Society brand. 

Residing in Malaysia, yet deeply connected to their respective home countries and the golfing escapades experienced there, these individuals embarked on a journey to craft a brand that honours the tropical ambiance of their surroundings while staying true to the shared golf heritage of their homelands.

How do I become a Peacock?

Our goal has consistently been to establish both a brand and a community in one seamless stride.

How do I make a purchase?

Our website is the heart of our brand, and we always encourage those interested to visit and explore our full range. Additionally, we are exploring stocking in select distribution outlets to offer our members a hands-on experience when choosing our products.

Is there a return policy?

We acknowledge that online ordering can sometimes be uncertain, especially when it comes to sizes. 

For first-time Peacockers, we provide a free exchange program, and for our domestic Malaysian customers, we will cover the cost of reverse logistics.

Please note that garments must have all labelling intact and original packaging for this condition.

Local Malaysian Fulfillment:

For orders within Malaysia, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for purchases of over 2 pieces. This ensures that you receive your products conveniently and without any additional cost. We strive to process and ship these orders as efficiently as possible to ensure timely delivery.

International Shipping:

For our international customers, we offer complimentary shipping for purchases of over 4 pieces. This is our way of expressing gratitude for your trust in our products. We are committed to providing a seamless international shipping experience, and we work with reliable partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Shipping Times:

Please note that shipping times may vary based on the destination. For local Malaysian orders, we aim to deliver your products within 3-5 business days. For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Order Processing:

We strive to process and fulfill all orders as promptly as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Currently, full payment is necessary to secure your purchase. We are actively exploring alternative payment methods and will keep our potential and current customers informed of any changes to this policy.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter?

At Peacock Golf Society, our aim is to ensure our community members stay informed about social events, new releases, and other exciting updates. 

As a customer, you will be enrolled into our newsletters automatically. However, if you prefer not to receive communications from us, you can utilize the unsubscribe options located at the bottom of each communication.

How do I place a return or exchange? 

It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 30 days from the date of arrival. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
